Even cooking oil can be exciting in an email...check this out

Ahhh...the taste of Italia.

The proud producer of everyones favorite friday night guilt meal. Well, I dont know if Dominos would be considered "Italian". Maybe Italian - American fusion?

Na it's just American.

Anyways. Olive oil is wonderful. I use it almost everyday. It's healthy, tasty, robust, versatile, and boring as hell.

So, naturally, I'm not surprised when the owner of an olive oil company tells me, "What? Email? What in the hell does olive oil need to tell people in an email? They look, they buy, and they eat. No email."

But how wrong they are my friend.

Even olive oil emails, when in the right hands, can be educational, valuable, and not boring as hell.

This is one I wrote for an olive oil company (surprise), but they never got back to me.

Maybe it is boring as hell.

You be the judge.

Sub line: THIS is the truth about your cooking oil

Everybody wants to live a long and healthy life.

Yet how many of us are actually eating heathy foods on an everyday basis?

If you’re reading this you probably cook using oil.

If not, maybe this isn’t for you (but you're subscribed to an olive oil companies newsletter for crying out loud. so yes I'm assuming).

Cooking oil is one of those things a lot of people take for granted. They buy what they’ve always bought. It’s almost an unconscious decision. You see the bottle of cooking oil you always buy and grab it without even thinking. You take it home. Open it up. And pour it onto your pan while chatting with a family member. No second thoughts.

The problem is this can be dangerous.

Think about when you eat a cookie. You stop yourself before you have too many. This is because the little voice in the back of your head screams “Whoooa now slow down...one more of these bad boys and there goes our summer bod”.

It’s a natural reaction.

You’ve developed an understanding that cookie = no bueno in the health department.

But how come we don’t think the same way about our cooking oil?

Some oils contain ungodly amounts of saturated fat (the bad one).

Saturated fats have psychotic amounts of LDL cholesterol (also...the bad one).

Which has been linked to cardiovascular disease (again...bad).

Not to mention they taste like bleh…with no natural robust flavors.

Now I’m not here to give you a 30 minute dissertation on the dangers of your cooking oil.

But I just thought you oughta’ know.

So next time you’re grocery shopping you think twice.

Or you can skip the drive, long lines, and hassle of finding a healthy and flavorful cooking oil....yes this is possible...let me explain.

Imagine finding a cooking oil that:

Is full of monounsaturated fat (the good one).

High in HDL cholesterol (also...the good one).

Is linked to lower risk of cardiovascular disease, heart attack, and stroke (you know this already).

High in antioxidants (very good).

Made from the world's finest olives picked in a region between Andalucia and Catalonia, Spain (pretty cool place if ya ask me).

And heightens the flavor of any food you cook with it (okay...we’re a little biased...but it does taste amazing).

Finding an oil like this used to be impossible…

You’d have to go to some niche health store and nervously shop as the owner stands way too close, asks too many questions, and smells like swiss cheese..

But you don’t have to do that anymore….because you can order quality cooking oils from {Business name}...unfortunately, no swiss cheese included.

We think you’ll love the way it makes you feel.
